Our modeling master will make the virtual designs into physical seed models in resin by hand. Then the seed mold will be used for casting and duplication purpose.
Pieces are cast from the rubber molds , once cooled the castings will be collected and inspected then moved on to polishing.
We work very carefully on the polishing process for either big metal surface or small components.
After polishing ,the metal parts will be sent to the platers , the colors includes : Shiny gold, Silver, Gunmetal, Rose Gold, Chocolate Gold etc.
Besides the plain plated styles , we also have enamel or stone gluing for many of the metal products after plating.
There are also multiple handwork for some of the styles like assembly ,beading, braid etc.
After all above procedures, we got the production ready and pack the goods as per customer's request.
